Operations Officer / Senior Operations Officer(Custody) (Shift Working)

As an Operations Officer or Senior Operations Officer (Custody) at EX.IO, you manage digital asset custody and liquidity across the exchange on a shift basis. You monitor critical operations systems, implement regulatory policies, and ensure all operational requests meet Service Level Agreements while maintaining compliance with risk management standards.

What you'll do

• Custody and maintain the required digital assets liquidity across the exchange
• Monitor and operate the Operations Console and various systems or platforms
• Implement policies regarding regulatory requirements to effectively manage key risks
• Conduct reconciliation of client deposits and withdrawal instructions, and handle other settlement duties
• Ensure operational requests are fulfilled with the necessary approvals, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Understand and comply with the company's risk management and regulatory standards, policies, and controls
• Follow proper protocols, procedures, notifications, and communication guidelines
• Work variable hours on a shift basis, adjusted as needed to meet business requirements
• Perform other duties and project responsibilities as assigned

What you bring

• Minimum 1 year of stable work experience, ideally in operations or a related field
• Proven ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies
• The ability to troubleshoot and discover answers quickly and effectively
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin
