Part-Time BD Specialist

As a Part-Time BD Specialist at Orderly Network, you drive expansion of the partner ecosystem by identifying, engaging, and supporting builders who integrate with Orderly's orderbook-based trading infrastructure. You own the full lifecycle of partner relationships, from prospecting through activation and performance management, applying data-driven frameworks to relationship building and pipeline management at scale.

What you'll do

• Identify and engage prospective partners across English-speaking markets, prioritizing relationships that generate trading activity, volume, and long-term business value
• Build relationships with project teams, trading communities, affiliates, KOLs, brokers, exchanges, and other relevant partners to develop scalable acquisition channels
• Manage the full BD lifecycle from prospecting and outreach through negotiation, onboarding, activation, and ongoing performance management
• Develop and execute partnership initiatives across English-speaking markets, accounting for local dynamics and business opportunities
• Track partner performance and measure the impact of partnerships on trading volume, user acquisition, revenue, and other key business metrics
• Maintain an accurate partner database and use CRM tools, spreadsheets, and structured follow-up processes to manage opportunities efficiently
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations, and BD colleagues to execute growth initiatives and improve partner activation and retention
• Monitor industry developments, identify emerging opportunities, and refine outreach and partnership strategies

What you bring

• 2+ years of relevant experience in crypto BD, partnerships, affiliate growth, or business development at a trading platform or related business
• Professional English proficiency, including the ability to communicate effectively with international partners in business discussions and negotiations
• An established and actionable network of project teams, trading communities, affiliates, KOLs, brokers, or other relevant partners
• Demonstrated business impact: you can explain how your previous work generated trading volume, activated partners, acquired users, or contributed to revenue
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to turn initial conversations into active partnerships
• A data-driven mindset, comfortable managing pipelines, tracking conversion, analyzing partner performance, and prioritizing opportunities based on business impact
• A strong sense of ownership: you are proactive, entrepreneurial, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent communication and follow-through, managing multiple stakeholders, setting clear expectations, and maintaining consistent follow-up
• A collaborative approach, working effectively with cross-functional teams while taking responsibility for your own goals and deliverables

Nice to have

• Experience in CEX, DEX, perpetual futures, CFD, or other trading-related businesses
• A demonstrated ability to bring in active traders, trading volume, or high-value strategic partners
• Established relationships and strong market knowledge in English-speaking markets
• Experience building partnerships across multiple regions or market segments
• Experience developing trading systems or financial-related products
