Partner & Customer Relationship Manager | Digital Assets

As a Partner & Customer Relationship Manager at Teroxx, a Cyprus-regulated digital asset boutique holding MiCA License 004/25 from CySEC, you develop and maintain long-term relationships with business partners, HNWIs, and institutional clients. This hybrid role combines B2B partnership management, customer relationship management, and business development. You act as a trusted point of contact for your portfolio, ensuring exceptional client experiences while identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships, expand the partner network, and drive sustainable business growth.

What you'll do

• Build, manage, and develop long-term relationships with financial intermediaries, wealth managers, financial advisors, HNWIs, family offices, and other strategic partners
• Serve as a trusted relationship manager, understanding clients' financial objectives and connecting them with suitable digital asset solutions
• Act as the primary point of contact for existing partners, ensuring strong engagement, satisfaction, and mutual business growth
• Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and establish new strategic relationships
• Conduct regular partner meetings, business visits, and networking activities to strengthen relationships

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in relationship management, key account management, private banking, wealth management, or B2B partnerships
• Proven experience managing relationships with HNWIs, financial intermediaries, business partners, or institutional clients
• Background in financial services, FinTech, or digital assets, with a good understanding of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology
• A strong commercial mindset with the ability to grow existing accounts, identify new opportunities, and drive customer retention
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
• Independence, strong organizational skills, and comfort engaging with clients both virtually and in person
