Pioneer Talent Program - Full Stack AI Engineer, Backend Oriented (Top Talent Program)

As a Full Stack AI Engineer in Binance's Pioneer Talent Program, you will be among the first dedicated full stack engineers, helping the organization establish a highly autonomous, AI-augmented, end-to-end development model. You will serve as a "seed" across product teams, learning and integrating mainstream AI coding tools into your daily development workflow while participating in end-to-end feature development across frontend and backend.

What you'll do

• Participate in end-to-end development of product features across frontend and backend under the guidance of senior engineers
• Learn and integrate mainstream AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code into your daily development workflow
• Translate product requirements into working implementations with reduced handoff friction between frontend and backend
• Act as a full stack "seed learner" within the team, absorbing full stack practices, contributing ideas, and growing into an autonomously delivering full stack engineer
• Observe cross-team collaboration processes and proactively suggest improvements to product, design, and engineering workflows
• Contribute to the product lifecycle from design to deployment and iteration

What you bring

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science or an AI-related major
• Hands-on project experience through personal projects, coursework, internships, or open-source contributions
• Foundation in at least one backend language: Java or Golang
• Familiarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks
• Experience building end-to-end projects, whether personal, academic, or during internships
• Basic understanding of database design and core backend concepts
• Familiarity with mainstream AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar
• Ability to clearly articulate requirements and constraints to AI tools
• Self-driven mindset with eagerness to learn and willingness to go beyond assigned scope
• Product mindset with curiosity about the "why" behind what you build
• Strong logical thinking and communication skills, with passion for learning new technologies

Nice to have

• Open-source contributions or notable GitHub projects
• Cross-platform development experience on iOS, Android, or Web
• Internship or work experience at startups
• Track record of proactively building internal tools or personal side projects
