Principal Recruiter

As a Principal Recruiter at Coinbase, you own the full-lifecycle recruiting process for complex, senior-level searches across the Core Recruiting team's portfolio within People Success. You partner directly with senior leaders across G&A, Customer Experience, EAA, and IT to understand their talent needs, build strong pipelines, and drive process improvements that help the recruiting team scale. Depending on business needs, you may also support product group hiring, so flexibility across talent markets is essential.

What you'll do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close for complex, senior-level searches across your Core portfolio
• Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research, ensuring sufficient depth and quality at each stage to maintain hiring velocity
• Partner with senior leaders across your client groups to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies and a strong candidate and interviewer experience
• Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to inform hiring efficiency, surface bottlenecks, and improve outcomes for your hiring teams
• Design and implement recruiting processes and pilot programs that help the team scale its impact across global markets

What you bring

• 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or similarly fast-paced, high-growth environment, with demonstrated success closing competitive candidates across G&A and/or technical functions
• Experience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets
• Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping and sourcing through interviewing and closing
• A data-driven approach to pipeline management with the ability to translate recruiting metrics into strategic recommendations for stakeholders
• The ability to utilise generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality

What we offer

• Annual base salary of $212,200 SGD, with total compensation including equity and bonus eligibility and benefits (medical, dental, and vision)
• Remote-first work with quarterly in-person working sessions called "surges"
