Product Designer - Stablecoin Payments

As Product Designer at Noah, you lead and define the end-to-end design function, shaping how businesses interact with global payments infrastructure. You own product experience across all customer touchpoints, combining UX expertise, UI execution, and graphic design to create elegant, intuitive products. This is a senior, high-impact role with responsibility for setting design standards, influencing product strategy, and ensuring Noah delivers a best-in-class user experience globally.

What you'll do

• Define the design vision, principles, and standards for all digital products and interfaces
• Lead the full product design lifecycle from discovery, research, wireframes, prototyping, and testing through to final UI delivery
• Translate complex stablecoin payments and fintech workflows into simple, intuitive, and elegant user experiences
• Partner closely with founders, product managers, and engineering teams to shape roadmap priorities and product strategy
• Build and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality across products
• Establish UX research processes including customer interviews, usability testing, and feedback loops to drive better decision-making
• Use data, behavioural insights, and experimentation to continuously improve conversion, engagement, and usability
• Raise the visual quality of the Noah brand across product surfaces with exceptional UI craft, typography, layout, and interaction design
• Apply strong graphic design skills across brand assets, campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials
• Mentor future designers and help build a high-performing internal design team over time
• Champion the voice of the customer internally and ensure design is a strategic driver of company growth

What you bring

• Significant experience in product design, UX/UI, or digital design roles, with time spent in senior or lead positions
• An exceptional portfolio demonstrating ownership of products from concept to launch
• Deep understanding of UX strategy, information architecture, interaction design, and user psychology
• Outstanding UI craft with strong visual and graphic design fundamentals
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
• Experience building design systems and scaling design processes
• A commercial mindset with understanding of how design impacts growth, retention, and revenue
• High autonomy, attention to detail, and comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels

• Experience designing fintech, payments, SaaS, or complex B2B workflow products
