Product Manager - Compliance (SG)

As a Product Manager for Compliance at coins.ph, you work with Compliance, Engineering, and Design to build and optimize the user journey from registration through KYC and beyond. You own the product roadmap for compliance-related features, drive decisions through data and customer research, and partner across teams to scale the business while maintaining a best-in-class user experience.

What you'll do

• Work with Compliance, Engineering and Design to ideate, build, and optimize the user journey from registration to KYC and beyond
• Plan the product roadmap for compliance-related features
• Drive strong decision-making through quantitative analysis, qualitative research including competitor research, and customer insights
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders such as Compliance, Customer Success, and Operations to scale the business while ensuring best-in-class user experience

What you bring

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, or a design-related field such as Design or Human-Computer Interaction
• Experience building and managing fintech-related compliance and KYC features and flows
• Familiarity with onboarding and KYC flows used by crypto exchanges and fintech apps
• Superior analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions
• Demonstrated ability working in a data-driven environment and moving metrics to reach KPI goals
