As a Product Manager for Issuance and Bridge at Stripe, you will shape the future of financial access and infrastructure by building a world-class issuance platform powered by stablecoins. You join a small team of experienced builders from leading financial and technology companies who are reinventing global payments with modern rails that enable fast, cheap transactions at any scale. You will work with some of the largest fintechs, crypto companies, and blockchains to build a platform that powers issuing compliant stablecoins in the US, EU, and beyond.

What you'll do

  • Build a world-class issuance platform with the scale to power billions of dollars of transactions and issued stablecoins, covering product areas including liquidity delivery, reserves management, mint/burn infrastructure, rewards, on-chain and crypto smart contracts, and launching custom stablecoins.
  • Drive product features from ideation to launch, collaborating with designers, engineers, and cross-functional partners such as legal and compliance.
  • Develop a deep understanding of your users' needs, operational landscape, and competitive environment across international markets.
  • Own outcomes end-to-end, using data, feedback, and rapid iteration to refine your approach.
  • Make tough prioritization calls, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Drive high-traffic features at scale, ensuring security, speed, and reliability for millions of users.

What you bring

  • Empathy for users and a passion for uncovering and solving pain points.
  • Deep curiosity and a habit of asking "why" while digging into both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • An owner's mentality to tackle challenges head-on and drive solutions with conviction.
  • Collaborative spirit to work seamlessly with team members while making confident calls when needed.
  • Ability to translate complex systems into intuitive, straightforward user experiences.
  • A bias for learning that treats mistakes as opportunities to grow and improve quickly.

Nice to have

  • 5+ years in product management or a related role with a proven track record of delivering impactful products.
  • Demonstrated success working with engineers, designers, and external partners to build complex systems.
  • Strong business acumen and comfort navigating ecosystem and platform-level challenges.
  • Experience integrating APIs, managing developer platforms, or building ecosystem-driven products.
  • Experience building regulated infrastructure in fintech, payments, or crypto.

What we offer

  • Annual US base salary of $178,600 to $268,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
  • Equity, company bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and wellness stipends.
  • Office-assigned roles expect at least 50% in-office time in a given month at your local office or with users, though this may vary by role, team, and location.
