Product Marketing Lead

As a Product Marketing Lead at Nextrade, you define product positioning and messaging, shape go-to-market strategies, and drive adoption and engagement across the platform's core features: crypto trading, gift card conversion, and bill payments. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Lagos with flexibility for partial work-from-home.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with product management to understand user needs and translate insights into compelling value propositions
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels
• Analyze performance data and optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion and engagement
• Partner with sales to develop enablement materials that support revenue growth
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand communication and a user-centric experience across all touchpoints

What you bring

• Strong marketing analytics skills to track performance, interpret data, and inform product and campaign decisions
• Excellent communication skills for clear messaging, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration
• Product management-related skills, including understanding user journeys, prioritizing features, and aligning marketing with product roadmaps
• Go-to-market strategy skills to plan launches, define target segments, and execute integrated campaigns
• Sales collaboration skills to create enablement assets, support pipeline growth, and align marketing activities with revenue goals
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or crypto products, especially in the Nigerian market
• Proficiency with digital marketing channels, A/B testing, and marketing automation tools
