Product Specialist- Wallet Operations

As a Product Specialist in Wallet Operations at Binance, you oversee the daily operations of exchange wallets serving 300+ million users across 100+ countries. You ensure timely processing of deposits and withdrawals, maintain operational uptime, and work across security, compliance, and product teams to optimize wallet infrastructure and respond to incidents in a 24/7 environment.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations of exchange wallets, including deposits and withdrawals
• Monitor blockchain transactions to ensure timely processing and resolve delays or failures
• Maintain operational uptime of exchange wallets
• Coordinate and complete network upgrades, token events, and testing with no issues
• Collaborate with the security team to respond to incidents and implement safeguards
• Monitor internal alerts and enhance monitoring systems to detect security or high-risk events, then follow up with reactive and preventive measures
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve operational efficiency
• Analyze transaction data to identify trends and recommend system improvements
• Analyze competitor products and industry trends to identify potential product or process enhancements
• Work with Customer Support to resolve wallet-related user inquiries
• Partner with stakeholders across departments to solve customer pain-points and enhance the product

What you bring

• 2+ years in crypto wallet operations, blockchain infrastructure, or a related role
• Proficiency with blockchain explorers such as Etherscan
• Understanding of UTXO, EVM, and multi-signature wallets
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 crypto environment
