Project Management Officer (PMO) - Web3

As a Project Management Officer at Trust Wallet, you serve as the bridge between Product and Engineering on complex, fast-moving projects. You keep teams aligned and unblocked, own timelines and delivery, and build the trusted relationships that make things happen. This role is equal parts delivery driver and team connector, where you hold people accountable with warmth, empathy, and genuine care.

What you'll do

• Bridge Product and Engineering by translating priorities, surfacing dependencies, and keeping both sides aligned on scope, trade-offs, and timelines
• Own project plans, track milestones, and drive initiatives to completion on time
• Run planning cadences, sprint reviews, and cross-team syncs with PMs and engineering leads that move work forward
• Identify risks and blockers early, escalate issues to the right people, and drive resolution
• Act as a trusted point of contact across teams, foster collaboration, and keep team dynamics healthy
• Deliver clear, concise status updates, delivery metrics, and project health reporting to leadership
• Refine PMO processes, tools, and rituals so teams ship faster with less friction

What you bring

• 3+ years in program management, technical program management, or PMO within tech or product-led companies
• Genuine passion for Web3 and a sharp eye for where the industry and wallet infrastructure specifically is heading
• A proven track record of driving cross-functional projects to delivery between Product and Engineering
• A warm, caring, people-first style where you build trust easily and people want to work with you
• A results-driven approach where you can push for timelines and hold teams accountable without damaging relationships
• Enough technical fluency to understand engineering trade-offs and earn credibility with engineers
• Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders at every level, from engineers to executives
• High organizational ability to bring structure to ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, Linear, or similar
• Experience in a high-growth or scale-up environment
