Revenue Operations Analyst

As a Revenue Operations Analyst at Chainalysis, you'll optimize operating processes, support critical business reviews, and drive consistency across the revenue organization. You'll work with a globally distributed team to deliver data-driven insights, maintain reporting infrastructure, and collaborate with business partners to accelerate progress across the blockchain intelligence leader.

What you'll do

• Prepare for and execute rigorous sales pipeline and forecast reviews, monthly and quarterly business reviews, and fiscal year planning across the revenue operations organization
• Design, evolve, and maintain reports, analysis, and dynamic dashboards that provide actionable intelligence for critical business decisions
• Develop, enhance, and maintain key reporting processes and tooling to give business partners visibility into their performance
• Own the maintenance and improvement of data quality across the business partners function
• Partner with business partners to proactively address and drive visibility on outstanding business risks, including AR aging and extension requests
• Support recurring RevOps activities including Salesforce data integrity, account creation, lead routing, weekly forecasting reviews, and dashboard updates
• Work with business partners to investigate and build automated solutions that reduce manual processes
• Collaborate with the RevOps organization to document and build Standard Operating Procedures

What you bring

• 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, finance, or a similar analytical role with a track record of driving significant improvements
• Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Suite products
• Experience leveraging AI tooling to streamline processes and remove redundancies
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Nice to have

• Interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and related technologies, or a deep curiosity and willingness to learn
• Prior experience in a high-growth internet or software company
• Strong interest in leveraging AI tooling
