Risk & Fraud Management Specialist - Crypto

As a Risk & Fraud Management Specialist at Bibit.id, you support crypto operations by monitoring, investigating, and mitigating fraud and risk activities across trading, transactions, and user behavior.

What you'll do

• Monitor real-time fraud alerts, investigate suspicious accounts and transactions, and take appropriate actions such as account suspension or withdrawal holds and releases
• Analyze trading behavior and detect abnormal or potentially manipulative patterns
• Develop, refine, and optimize fraud detection rules through ongoing pattern analysis
• Manage fiat deposit and withdrawal issues, ensuring timely resolution and risk control
• Conduct risk assessments across crypto operations, including trading and transaction flows
• Monitor project and token sustainability to identify potential risks to users or the platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk controls and incident response

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Risk Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in risk management, fraud, compliance, or audit, preferably in crypto, fintech, or financial services
• A strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and trading activities
• Experience in fraud detection, transaction monitoring, or risk operations
• Familiarity with AML/KYC standards and regulatory frameworks
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
