RWA Product Marketing

As an RWA Product Marketing specialist at Bybit, you drive the marketing, promotion, and commercial implementation of Real World Assets products across traditional financial channels. You build and maintain relationships with institutional clients, develop channel strategies tailored to traditional finance, and execute campaigns that connect Bybit's RWA offerings to brokerages, asset managers, and other financial institutions.

What you'll do

• Interface with traditional brokerages, asset management firms, and other institutional clients to establish and maintain cooperative relationships that drive RWA products into their client recommendation pipelines
• Develop deep insights into traditional financial institutions' client structures, compliance requirements, and product preferences to formulate targeted channel promotion strategies
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives aimed at traditional financial audiences, including roadshows, co-branded campaigns, and exclusive institutional events
• Align internal assets, Business Development, Compliance, Marketing, and Regional teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of channel promotions
• Manage the entire lifecycle of channel collaborations, from initial strategy communication and operational follow-ups to post-event evaluation and ongoing relationship maintenance
• Monitor key channel performance indicators including traffic scale, conversion rates, AUM contribution, and institutional engagement levels to continuously optimize channel distribution strategies

What you bring

• 3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably from traditional brokerages, banks, or asset management institutions
• Deep familiarity with core traditional financial instruments such as bonds, funds, structured products, and REITs, along with understanding of institutional client decision-making processes
• Solid understanding of core RWA concepts and mainstream protocols such as Ondo Finance, Maple Finance, and Centrifuge, with the ability to articulate complex on-chain asset mechanics clearly to traditional financial audiences
• Proficient English listening, speaking, reading, and writing capabilities, able to independently coordinate and collaborate with international institutions and cross-regional internal teams
• Strong execution mindset with proven capacity to manage and launch multiple parallel channel projects in a high-intensity environment
