RWA Product Operations

As an RWA Product Operations lead at Bybit, you drive market promotion and commercial adoption of real-world asset products through traditional financial channels. You build partnerships with brokerages, asset managers, and financial institutions to get RWA products into their client recommendation systems, while coordinating resources across Assets, Business Development, Compliance, Marketing, and regional teams.

What you'll do

• Engage traditional brokerages, asset managers, and similar clients to build and maintain partnerships that integrate RWA products into their client recommendation systems
• Develop a deep understanding of traditional financial institutions' client structures, compliance requirements, and product preferences, then design targeted channel promotion plans
• Plan and execute promotional activities for traditional finance audiences, including roadshows, co-branded campaigns, and institution-specific sessions
• Coordinate cross-functional resources across Assets, Business Development, Compliance, Marketing, and regional teams to ensure smooth channel promotion delivery
• Own the full partnership lifecycle: initial proposal discussions, execution follow-up during the partnership, and post-partnership performance review and relationship maintenance
• Track key channel metrics such as traffic volume, conversion rate, AUM contribution, and institutional activity, then continuously optimize channel strategy

What you bring

• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably at a traditional brokerage, bank, or asset management firm
• Familiarity with traditional financial products such as bonds, funds, structured products, and REITs, plus understanding of institutional client decision-making processes
• Understanding of core RWA concepts and leading projects such as Ondo, Maple, and Centrifuge, with the ability to explain on-chain asset logic clearly to traditional finance audiences
• Strong English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) to work independently with overseas institutions and cross-regional teams
• Strong execution ability to drive multiple channel projects in parallel in a fast-moving environment
