Senior Brand Designer

As a Senior Brand Designer at Ripple, you join the Brand Studio to develop brand experiences with Ripple and XRP from concept through completion. You translate strategic concepts into compelling visual work that solves unique design challenges across digital, physical, and live experiences.

What you'll do

• Design brand touchpoints from concept to completion across digital, physical, and live experiences
• Contribute to defining and evolving the brand identity, ensuring cohesion across all applications
• Simplify abstract concepts through thoughtful design solutions
• Curate brand systems with attention to clarity, composition, and coherence
• Create and maintain brand design libraries and documentation
• Manage concurrent projects through clear communication and prioritization
• Exchange honest, respectful feedback with teammates
• Identify opportunities to improve design processes and workflows

What you bring

• 4+ years of experience in brand design with a portfolio demonstrating range across graphic design, web, motion, typography, physical builds, apparel, and visual storytelling
• A portfolio, website, or links to your work with access and viewing instructions
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to balance creative vision with practical execution
• Collaborative approach working with producers, program managers, marketers, and cross-functional teams
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while adapting as priorities shift
• An open-minded approach to design challenges
• Commitment to proactive learning and skill development

• Specialized skills in motion, illustration, or other advanced design disciplines

• Annual base salary of $112,000-$135,000 USD for positions based in New York, plus equity and additional compensation such as bonuses
