Business Lead, HyperFX (Fintech Integrations & Liquidity Partnerships)

As a Business Lead for HyperFX at Polytope Labs, you drive growth on two fronts: liquidity providers who quote on the platform and fintechs who settle FX through it. You open doors, close partnerships, and turn them into live volume on a decentralized exchange for stablecoin FX where swaps settle onchain through smart contracts.

What you'll do

• Source, negotiate and onboard liquidity providers, including market makers, OTC desks, treasury desks and stablecoin issuers
• Grow liquidity across HyperFX's currency pairs and chains by deepening order books, tightening spreads and opening new corridors
• Drive fintech integrations end to end, from first conversation to live volume through HyperFX's smart contracts
• Bring what partners need back to product and engineering
• Own the partnerships pipeline and report against liquidity and volume targets

What you bring

• 5+ years in fintech, liquidity, treasury or FX operations
• An active network across LPs, market makers, OTC desks or treasury teams that you can bring in from day one
• A track record of closing partnerships or integrations that moved volume
• A solid grasp of FX market structure, settlement and treasury flows
• Experience with stablecoins, DeFi or onchain market making
• Experience in emerging-market FX or cross-border payments
• Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team with a lot of ownership

What we offer

• Compensation of $1,000-$3,000 per month, plus equity
• Hybrid role based in Ikoyi, Lagos
