Senior Business Development Manager / Lead - Institutional Finance / Crypto

As a Senior Business Development Manager at Ceffu, you represent the company to regulators, originate institutional deals, and own client relationships globally. You are the commercial face of Ceffu: credible with licensing bodies, sharp on deal structuring, and trusted by institutional clients. Ceffu is a leading institutional-grade digital asset custody platform serving enterprises, hedge funds, and financial institutions with secure, compliant, and scalable solutions.

What you'll do

• Represent Ceffu with regulators, licensing authorities, and government bodies across APAC, EMEA, and Americas
• Identify and close new business with TradFi players including market makers, prime brokers, hedge funds, asset managers, exchanges, banks, and family offices globally
• Own the full commercial journey from identifying targets and building relationships, through negotiation and close, with no handoffs. You are the face of Ceffu to your clients at every stage
• Build strategic relationships with exchanges, protocols, and TradFi players to identify integration and co-distribution opportunities that expand Ceffu's reach
• Channel structured market intelligence on client needs, competitor moves, and regulatory shifts directly to product and leadership

What you bring

• 6-10+ years in business development, institutional sales, or strategic partnerships in digital assets or financial services
• Direct experience engaging financial regulators or licensing bodies across multiple jurisdictions
• A proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with institutional clients
• A solid understanding of digital asset infrastructure including custody models (MPC, multisig, HSM), staking, and CeFi/DeFi dynamics
• Experience with TradFi structured products and business model solutioning
• A strong network across institutional crypto, TradFi, and/or regulatory ecosystems

Nice to have

• Background at a digital asset custodian, prime broker, or regulated crypto exchange
• Existing relationships with sovereign wealth funds, family offices, or Tier 1 exchanges
• Familiarity with MiCA, MAS licensing frameworks, VARA, or equivalent regulatory regimes
• Multilingual abilities
