Web3 Treasury and Portfolio Strategist

As a Web3 Treasury and Portfolio Strategist at Opis Group, you develop treasury and portfolio recommendations that balance operating liquidity, capital preservation, and investment objectives. You work remotely from Spain on digital asset allocation, risk analysis, and reporting for a blockchain technology company spanning Opis Hub, Opis Games, and Opis Cloud.

What you'll do

• Develop treasury and portfolio recommendations aligned with operating requirements and agreed risk limits
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and liquidity scenarios covering fiat currencies, stablecoins, and other digital assets
• Assess portfolio allocations, concentration, liquidity, and exposure to market and counterparty risks
• Evaluate custody, staking, and DeFi opportunities, considering security, withdrawal restrictions, and potential losses
• Monitor treasury balances, portfolio performance, token unlocks, and upcoming funding requirements
• Recommend rebalancing actions and liquidity buffers for management approval
• Support wallet controls, transaction approval procedures, reconciliations, and accurate treasury records
• Prepare regular reports explaining performance, exposures, and proposed actions
• Coordinate with finance, technical teams, and external advisers on treasury operations and reporting

What you bring

• Professional experience in treasury, portfolio strategy, investment management, or financial risk, including exposure to digital assets
• Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and portfolio risk assessment
• Working knowledge of blockchain networks, stablecoins, token economics, and DeFi protocols
• Ability to assess smart contract, custody, counterparty, and liquidity risks
• Strong financial modeling and spreadsheet skills
• Ability to document assumptions and communicate recommendations clearly
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment when handling financial information
• Based in Spain and legally authorized to work in Spain

Nice to have

• Experience supporting a Web3 treasury or digital asset portfolio
• Familiarity with multisignature wallets, institutional custody, and transaction approval controls
• Experience using Dune, DefiLlama, blockchain explorers, or portfolio reporting tools
• Working knowledge of SQL or Python for analysis and reporting
• A relevant finance or treasury qualification, or equivalent practical experience

What we offer

• Base salary of EUR 60,000-80,000 gross per year, depending on experience and responsibilities
• Full-time, remote position
