Senior Compliance Specialist

As a Senior Compliance Specialist at Bybit, you assist the Compliance Manager in monitoring Turkish regulatory requirements, conducting reviews, and ensuring adherence to internal policies. You join a leading cryptocurrency exchange and digital financial platform serving over 80 million users across more than 200 countries and regions.

What you'll do

• Conduct ongoing AML scenario reviews and sanctions-related checks in line with regulatory requirements
• Obtain, manage, and maintain access and permissions for compliance data sources and reporting tools
• Generate and maintain compliance reports and data sets required by the compliance team and regulators
• Monitor Turkish regulatory updates and assess compliance impact on existing workflows
• Support internal and external audits with data, documentation, and analysis
• Maintain compliance registers, records, and case files
• Collaborate with the Compliance Manager on regulatory filings and ad hoc reviews

What you bring

• 1 to 3 years of experience in compliance, ideally in fintech, financial services, or crypto
• Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel, SQL, or compliance and AML tools such as Chainalysis or Elliptic
• Ability to interpret and apply Turkish regulatory guidance
• Strong written and verbal communication in Turkish and English
