Senior Country Manager, Netherlands

As Senior Country Manager for the Netherlands at Bybit, you spearhead growth, oversee operations, and foster relationships within the Dutch cryptocurrency market. You develop and execute the strategic business plan for the Dutch market, lead local operations, and ensure compliance with EU regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the strategic business plan for the Dutch market, including market expansion, user acquisition, and revenue growth
• Lead and manage all aspects of local operations such as marketing campaigns, industry events, and partnership development
• Drive brand awareness and engagement through targeted marketing initiatives, social media channels including Dutch-language platforms, and community events
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, local financial institutions, and industry partners
• Navigate and ensure compliance with EU regulatory requirements including MiCAR, MiFID, and EMI
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in Germany to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and compliance to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the local team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in marketing and/or business development
• Prior experience as a crypto country manager or in the cryptocurrency industry
• Strong understanding of the Dutch market, consumer behavior, and regulatory landscape including MiCA, MiFID, and EMI
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Results-oriented business mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and challenges

• MBA qualification
• Hands-on marketing experience and partnerships with KOLs
• Knowledge of German and Austrian FMA and EU regulatory frameworks
• Established network within the local crypto and fintech ecosystem
