Senior Full Stack Developer

As a Senior Full Stack Developer at TechTiera, you build and maintain the software platform behind a regulated digital asset exchange serving institutional clients. You bring proven experience developing scalable, mission-critical financial systems while upholding rigorous engineering standards and delivering reliably within global teams. This senior generalist role gives you full ownership of end-to-end solutions across a large, polyglot codebase.

What you'll do

• Shape product direction, define problems, and make architectural design and delivery decisions from concept through production operations in a regulated environment
• Follow and improve an AI-assisted software development lifecycle to analyze, design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain features using established patterns
• Operate within comprehensive engineering standards and automated quality gates to ensure correctness, security, and auditability
• Contribute ideas to improve development processes and mentor colleagues to elevate code quality across the team

What you bring

• A degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering, with at least 10 years of relevant work experience
• Proven ability to architect full-stack solutions end-to-end with excellent technical knowledge in relational databases (PostgreSQL), schema design, and migrations
• Experience with microservices, messaging architectures, and protocols such as gRPC, pub/sub, event streaming, and WebSockets
• Expertise in containerized technologies (Docker) and sound understanding of CI/CD and secure DevOps practices
• Practical, hands-on experience incorporating AI-assisted development tooling, alongside excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

• Financial services background in capital markets, custody, or trading
• Blockchain or distributed ledger technology exposure
• Experience with cloud platforms
• Familiarity with JVM, Kotlin, or Rust

What we offer

• Monthly salary of ₱150,000.00 to ₱220,000.00+ commensurate with experience
