Senior IT Engineer

As a Senior IT Engineer at Morpho, you run the company's corporate IT infrastructure: accounts and access, laptops, and the SaaS tools that keep the organization secure and operational. You work closely with the security team to translate their policies into practice across all devices and systems. The role is broad and hands-on, with an emphasis on automation. You'll write scripts and build tooling to reduce repetitive work, using AI where it helps.

What you'll do

• Administer SSO, the directory and the password manager, handling onboarding and offboarding while running regular access reviews
• Manage the Mac fleet, including setup, MDM policies, OS and app updates, and endpoint security agent deployment
• Apply security baselines and access policies defined by the security team, keeping all tools configured to match
• Administer SaaS tools: setup, admin access, licences, and managing the IT side of new vendor onboarding
• Support the security team during incidents by isolating devices, revoking access and pulling logs
• Provide evidence for IT controls during audits
• Automate repetitive work such as onboarding, offboarding, access reviews and evidence collection
• Write and maintain documentation for IT procedures
• Participate in IT on-call rotation

What you bring

• 5+ years in IT, systems engineering or IT security
• Hands-on admin experience with an enterprise identity provider, MDM and endpoint security tools
• Strong macOS management skills, including configuration profiles, privacy preferences and system extension policies
• Ability to write Python or Bash to automate work
• Experience supporting a SOC 2, ISO 27001 or similar audit
• Understanding that crypto companies are frequent targets of phishing and social engineering, with the ability to design systems accordingly
• Strong technical documentation skills
• Preference for simple, practical setups that teams actually follow
• Comfort being part of an on-call rotation
