Senior Manager, Tokenized Deposits Off-Chain Orchestration / Integration Layer Delivery

As a Senior Manager of Tokenized Deposits Off-Chain Orchestration and Integration Layer Delivery at TD, you will lead the delivery and ongoing support of the Off-Chain Orchestration and Integration Service Layer for TD's Tokenized Deposits Core Platform. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge blockchain and tokenization technologies to solve problems of scale and speed within a major financial institution.

What you'll do

• Drive program success through product strategy, technical design, and roadmap development
• Influence key decision makers for the overall product roadmap
• Manage the priorities for Change and Run the Bank activities
• Establish and manage Production Operations for the team by defining and implementing processes and procedures to ensure stable, secure, and sustainable product operations
• Drive prospective systems design and lead technical approaches for implementing business requirements
• Explore new capabilities and technologies to drive innovation
• Work cohesively with team members to help advance technical and delivery skills
• Continually improve customer experience via product improvements and enhancements

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience leading technology teams
• 5+ years of experience with Object-Oriented Design and Programming
• 5+ years of software design, architecture, and a deep understanding of system integration patterns
• 5+ years of experience developing resilient workflow-based software solutions with Java and Spring, ideally using Microsoft SAGA or similar architectural pattern approaches
• Experience utilizing System Reliability Engineering to deliver high performance, highly resilient, and available mission-critical payments services
• Experience delivering software in fast-paced, AI-assisted work environments
• 3+ years of Web3 and DeFi services delivery experience with a solid understanding of Blockchain and Tokenization core concepts and integration patterns
• Understanding of smart contract programming with experience in Solidity, Rust, or Vyper development environments
• Prior experience certifying and testing smart contracts using OpenZeppelin, Slither, Mythril, Echidna, and Foundry
• Prior implementation experience with ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, and/or ERC-4626
• Deep understanding of Hyperledger Besu or equivalent EVM-compatible enterprise DLT platforms, or alternatively experience with non-EVM-compatible enterprise-grade DLT platforms such as Canton or Corda
• Experience delivering enterprise-level on-ramp and off-ramp layers by integrating with enterprise core ledger platforms
• Experience integrating with KYC/AML/Sanctions Screening platforms
• Experience integrating with SWIFT, FedWire, and/or CHIPS networks
• Strong knowledge of ISO 20022 messaging standard
• Experience managing vendor relationships
• Experience with data integration patterns such as Webservices, MQ, Kafka, and Batch
• Experience managing and supporting a 24/7 mission-critical payments system
• Experience with multiple delivery processes with a focus on Agile development methodologies
• A passion for simplifying and automating work, making things better, and helping others
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
• Cloud platforms experience and related technologies such as Dell VMC and Azure
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
