Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer at Ledn, you will shape the future of the platform's user experience for the leading bitcoin-backed lender. Reporting to the Lead Product Designer, you will execute end-to-end design initiatives that improve client experiences, scale internal capabilities, and grow Ledn's business through world-class UX. You'll work directly with engineering and product counterparts in a pod structure, handling both client-facing features and initiatives that scale the design function through better processes and AI-driven tools.

What you'll do

• Actively partner with Product to identify high-impact areas across the platform where design can drive business goals, bringing strong, proactive ideas and solutions instead of waiting to be told what to design
• Own the entire design lifecycle for your pod, from discovery and exploration to detailed specs and production readiness
• Champion a high bar of craftsmanship from initial concept through delivery, ensuring thoughtful UX patterns, polished UI details, and thorough design QA
• Partner with the team to experiment with and adopt modern AI tools that improve how the team works, from early design exploration and UX copy to edge-case mapping and engineering handoff

What you bring

• 6-8+ years of Product Design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to solve complex functional problems
• A sharp eye for UI detail and a deep understanding of UX best practices, accessibility standards, and user psychology
• Active use of AI tools across your workflow, specifically leveraging AI to rapidly explore multiple design directions, draft user flows and UX copy, map edge cases, and streamline handoff to Engineering
• Proven track record of designing native mobile (iOS/Android) and responsive mobile web experiences, with deep knowledge of mobile design guidelines, patterns, touch ergonomics, and mobile-first optimization
• A proactive problem-solving mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and high-growth environments, asking the right questions to create briefs rather than waiting for pixel-perfect specifications
• Experience applying design-led growth strategies such as optimizing onboarding funnels or refining conversion loops to drive measurable user acquisition and retention
• The ability to articulate the "why" behind design decisions to stakeholders in Legal, Finance, and Leadership
• Proven ability to work embedded within engineering teams in pod or agile structures, managing multiple workstreams and meeting delivery deadlines
• Fluency in English
