Senior Product Manager, AI & Web3

As Senior Product Manager for AI and Web3 at ShlenPower, you take full responsibility for product management across two businesses: Attractor, an AI platform for creators and businesses, and Dlicom, a social and wallet app with creator monetisation. You are the sole person responsible for the product function across both, including Product Owner work. This is a hands-on individual contributor role where you do the research and business analysis, shape the products, write the roadmaps and requirements, define user journeys, work through delivery with teams, and measure results after release. You work from the Dubai office alongside company leadership, engineering, design and growth.

What you'll do

• Turn company goals, market research and user research into a clear product direction and focused roadmap for each product, explaining who the user is, what problem matters now, how the product will earn money, whether unit economics work and what evidence would change the plan.
• Map the full journey from first visit to first useful action, payment and repeat use, identifying where people drop out and working with growth and marketing to improve the post-acquisition experience.
• Conduct user and customer discovery, competitor research and business analysis yourself, testing important assumptions before committing development time and making clear recommendations when evidence is incomplete.
• Write PRDs, user stories, journeys, flows, acceptance criteria, edge cases and release scope. Sketch the experience and work with design on screens. Work with engineers on implementation choices and keep product sections of whitepapers and company materials accurate.
• Work directly with engineering, design and QA each day to resolve ambiguity early, make trade-offs visible, keep the backlog usable and accept releases against agreed user outcomes.
• Define product events and review funnels, cohorts, retention, payment conversion and repeat revenue separately for Attractor and Dlicom, investigating data quality before calling a feature successful.
• Evaluate where AI improves the user experience, including model quality, evaluation, latency, cost and human review. For Web3 flows, understand wallets, transaction states, smart contracts and the choice between on-chain and off-chain work well enough to make sound product decisions with engineers.
• Bring risks, missed assumptions and weak results to leadership with a proposed decision, challenging ideas when evidence calls for it and explaining your reasoning.

What you bring

• At least five years owning software products from discovery through launch and improvement, with regular work alongside developers. You have personally done the research, planning, requirements and analysis that make delivery possible.
• A track record in both AI and Web3 products, with at least one product in each field that reached sustained use or paid adoption, where you can show what you personally did and how you measured the result.
• Strong product judgement across user value, commercial viability, usability and technical feasibility. You can shape ambiguous ideas into workable products and cut scope when the case for a feature is weak. You can manage two product roadmaps without waiting for someone else to define the work.
• Fluency with product analytics, experiments, user interviews and cohort analysis. You can separate traffic from activation and first payment from repeat payment.
• Technical depth to discuss APIs, data flows, integrations, AI systems and blockchain transactions without relying on someone else to translate every decision.
• Experience with creator monetisation, social products, subscriptions or marketplaces.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Ability to work full time from the Dubai office.
