As a Senior Product Manager or Director of Trading Products at OKX, you own the post-trade and brokerage systems layer that sits between users and securities markets. You bring depth in brokerage architecture and securities market structure to shape decisions on order management, execution, settlement, asset servicing and reconciliation. OKX is building out its equities and tokenized securities business, and you will be the internal authority on how these systems work at scale.

What you'll do

  • Own the brokerage core: order management, execution and routing, instrument lifecycle and trading status, settlement and reconciliation
  • Shape account, custody and clearing architecture, along with the operating model required to run it
  • Own corporate actions and asset servicing end to end, in both conventional and on-chain form
  • Define how securities risk and margin frameworks coexist with those of a 24/7 digital asset market
  • Bring market structure, execution quality and regulatory requirements into product decisions early, before they become blockers
  • Set the standard for rigour: write PRDs precise enough to build from, and lead alignment across engineering, risk, legal, compliance and treasury

What you bring

  • 5+ years in post-trade or brokerage systems product management, with strong preference for experience at internet and licensed brokerages (Futu, Tiger, Interactive Brokers, Robinhood, Webull, Longbridge) or clearing firms and brokerage infrastructure providers
  • A clear architectural perspective on where responsibility belongs across the order, execution, clearing, settlement, asset servicing and ledger layers
  • Depth across the order and execution path: order types and parameters, state machine design, idempotency across external execution boundaries, cancel/replace and partial-fill semantics, timeout and exception recovery
  • End-to-end ownership of at least one area beyond the order path, such as clearing and settlement, corporate actions and asset servicing, margin and risk, securities lending, or position and cash reconciliation
  • Commercial and historical perspective: you understand how a brokerage earns, how each revenue line constrains the systems beneath it, and why the industry made the structural choices it did
  • Strong technical intuition: you are comfortable discussing system architecture and data flows with engineers and think with rigour comparable to a developer
  • You design for the exceptions (the halted symbol, the timed-out counterparty, the partial fill, the corporate action mid-flight), not just the order that goes through
  • You run programs, not just write specs: you produce rigorous PRDs independently, drive alignment across engineering, risk, legal, compliance and treasury, and own the full lifecycle from requirements through post-launch review
  • You write precisely and can make complex mechanics legible to technical and non-technical audiences alike
  • High agency: you are comfortable taking an open question all the way to a shipped, reconciled system, and making calls with incomplete information
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with internal engineering and product stakeholders in the China-based R&D center

Nice to have

  • Product experience with margin financing or securities lending
  • Exposure to tokenized securities, digital asset custody, or on-chain settlement
  • Experience integrating with broker-dealer or clearing APIs, as either the integrator or the provider
  • Hands-on experience with multi-jurisdiction regulatory frameworks such as SEC/FINRA or MiFID II
  • A track record of launching a brokerage product in a new market from zero
  • Fluency in English to support communication with global product and business stakeholders
  • Genuine curiosity about what happens when securities markets meet 24/7 markets

What we offer

  • Competitive total compensation package
  • Learning and development programs and education subsidy for your growth and development
  • Various team building programs and company events
  • Wellness and meal allowances
  • Comprehensive healthcare schemes for you and dependants
