As Senior Product Manager, Gold Growth at Robinhood, you own key levers of the Gold membership growth funnel and drive measurable business outcomes. Robinhood Gold is a premium membership that unlocks boosted APY on cash, an IRA match, lower margin rates, professional research, and access to the Robinhood Gold Card. Because Gold touches nearly every product at Robinhood, your work directly drives subscription revenue and how much of their financial lives customers choose to bring to Robinhood. You will decide where to invest across acquisition, trial-to-paid conversion, engagement, and retention, and operate with a high degree of autonomy to take ambiguous problems from idea to launch.

What you'll do

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for Gold growth across the full member lifecycle, from discovery and trial to paid conversion, activation of benefits, and long-term retention.
  • Drive business impact end to end, including new member growth, trial-to-paid conversion, churn reduction, and member lifetime value.
  • Build and run a high-velocity experimentation program with data science: generate hypotheses, size opportunities, design A/B tests, and turn results into decisions you scale or kill quickly.
  • Make hard trade-off decisions across growth, member experience, and economics such as offers and pricing versus long-term profitability, back them with clear reasoning and data, and bring stakeholders along with you.
  • Work hand in hand with design and engineering to build intuitive, persuasive consumer experiences, including the entry points, paywalls, onboarding flows, copy, and UI that shape how millions of customers experience Gold.
  • Operate as the owner of your area: find the highest-leverage growth opportunities, write the plan, rally partners across engineering, design, marketing, finance, legal, and compliance, and ship with minimal oversight.

What you bring

  • 4+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years building consumer-facing products where you owned the end-to-end UI/UX alongside design partners.
  • A track record of driving measurable business outcomes in a growth context (acquisition, paid conversion, retention, revenue, or unit economics) and can clearly explain how your product decisions moved them.
  • Strong product judgment and comfort making trade-offs under ambiguity. You form opinionated recommendations, defend them with data, and change course when the evidence says so.
  • Analytical fluency and close partnership with data scientists on experimentation, funnel analysis, opportunity sizing, and impact measurement.
  • A high bar for consumer craft. You care about the details of a great experience and can articulate why one design converts better than another.
  • A self-starter who executes independently, creates clarity for others, and needs little guidance to take a problem from idea to shipped product.

What we offer

  • Base pay of $166,000-$195,000 USD (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC), $146,000-$172,000 USD (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL), or $129,000-$152,000 USD (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL), depending on location
  • Bonus opportunities, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching
  • 100% paid health insurance for employees with 90% coverage for dependents
  • Lifestyle wallet, a highly flexible benefits spending account for wellness, learning, and more
  • Employer-paid life and disability insurance, fertility benefits, and mental health benefits
  • Time off including company holidays, paid time off, sick time, and parental leave
  • Access to AI tools and continuous AI skill-building
  • Exceptional office experience with catered meals, events, and comfortable workspaces
