Senior Product Manager - Predictions, OG

Crypto.comNew York, NY, US
ProductSeniorHybrid

As a Senior Product Manager for Predictions at OG (Crypto.com), you own the consumer prediction-market trading experience end-to-end across web and mobile. You define the core trading surfaces-discovery, order entry, positions, parlays, live markets, and fan-focused UX-that keep users engaged in regulated U.S. event contracts. Your mandate is to make OG fast, clear, and design-obsessive for sports and prediction users, translating familiar patterns from sportsbooks, prediction apps, or retail derivatives into a compliant, accessible platform. You report to the Chief Product Officer and own both the strategy and execution of your roadmap.

What you'll do

  • Own the consumer trading roadmap end-to-end for web and mobile, from first funded session through confident repeat use. You set milestones, sequence work, resolve cross-team dependencies, and sign off on all product and UX before launch.
  • Prioritize and ship the features fans actually use: market discovery, order entry, positions management, parlays and multi-leg trades, live markets, and engagement workflows that move retention and volume outcomes.
  • Bridge prediction market patterns into regulated U.S. event contracts. You take workflows users already know from sportsbooks, prediction apps, or retail advanced trading platforms and adapt them thoughtfully to comply with event-contract rules, deciding what translates and what does not.
  • Hold the design bar relentlessly. You champion usability and aesthetics as non-negotiable, live in design reviews, and give specific UX feedback on spacing, interaction patterns, and information density. Fan UX is a product skill, not a polish pass.
  • Create wireframes in Figma and drive design conversations as a peer. You catch clunky trade flows and misaligned interactions before users encounter them.
  • Run user research, interviews, and community feedback loops. You ask behavioral questions-"Show me how you currently place this parlay"-to distinguish what users say from what their behavior reveals.
  • Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, design, data, compliance, and ops. You partner with the Fiat/Onboarding PM on the funded-first-trade handoff and own the backlog and ship cadence for trading.

What you bring

  • End-to-end trading product ownership in one of these worlds: consumer prediction or sports (parlays, live, fan UX), prediction or event markets, or retail perps, derivatives, or advanced trading. You can explain how that craft maps to regulated event contracts.
  • Sports fluency or the ability to translate complex trading UX for a mainstream retail audience. You speak fan language (games, legs, live, instant UX) or you have proven you can make derivatives accessible to non-power-users.
  • Design sensibility as a product skill. You evaluate and improve UI/UX with specifics-hierarchy, density, interaction cost-not subjective opinions. You can point to a product users loved because of its craft.
  • Data ownership. You instrument your own funnel, size opportunities, and prioritize without waiting for analysis handed to you.
  • User empathy embedded in your process. You use products regularly to feel friction firsthand and ask behavioral questions before feature questions.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience as a prediction-market or sports-trading user; accelerates your ramp on parlays, live markets, and fan expectations.
  • Experience across more than one of the three worlds (sportsbook plus prediction, or perps plus consumer app), so you move faster on what to adopt and what to discard.
  • Familiarity with fiat and onboarding flows, so you respect the funded-first-trade handoff (a partner PM owns the rails).
  • Deep Figma and design-system fluency so you move faster with design as a peer rather than a handoff.
  • Comfort using AI tools with human-in-the-loop judgment to accelerate research, specs, and iteration.
