Product Manager, Crypto

As a Product Manager, Crypto at eToro, you'll own critical money-movement flows end-to-end for a platform serving 40M+ users worldwide. You'll bridge traditional fiat payments with cutting-edge crypto infrastructure, acting as the main point of contact connecting engineering, design, operations, and compliance with external vendors.

What you'll do

• Own critical money-movement flows end-to-end, including deposits, withdrawals, payment methods (cards, open banking), and crypto/wallet transfers
• Act as the main point of contact connecting Engineering, Design, Operations, and Compliance with external vendors such as PSPs, custodians, and on/off-ramps
• Translate complex business and compliance requirements into clear specifications, collaborating with engineering on APIs and integrations
• Analyze funnels, define KPIs, and prioritize fixes based on customer impact and business risk using tools like Mixpanel and Databricks

What you bring

• 4+ years of product management experience at leading B2C tech companies in Fintech, Payments, or Crypto, handling real customer funds
• Strong understanding of traditional payments (cards, bank transfers, PSPs) and crypto infrastructure (custody models, wallet flows, MiCA, Travel Rule)
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and a strong UX sensibility, including familiarity with tools like Figma and Miro
• Daily fluency with LLMs and prototyping tools, capable of building interactive prototypes and describing concrete AI workflows
• An independent self-starter and adaptable problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
