Senior Product Manager - Predictions, OG

Crypto.comSan Francisco, CA, US
ProductSeniorHybrid

As Senior Product Manager for Predictions at OG.com, you own the consumer prediction-market trading experience end-to-end across web and mobile. You shape discovery, order entry, positions, parlays, live trading, and the fan experience that makes OG the default place to trade on real-world outcomes. Your mandate is to make the platform fast, clear, and design-obsessive for sports and prediction users, translating consumer trading craft into regulated U.S. event contracts. You report to the Chief Product Officer and own both the "how" and the "when" of your roadmap with full independence.

What you'll do

  • Own the consumer trading roadmap as the DRI for web and mobile trading on OG, from first funded session through confident, repeat use. You set milestones, sequence work, resolve cross-team dependencies, and sign off on all product and UX standards.
  • Ship the product fans actually use by prioritizing market discovery, order entry, positions, parlays, multi-leg trades, live trading, and workflows that keep sports and prediction users engaged. You cut "nice ideas" that don't move outcomes.
  • Bridge native prediction (or perps) patterns into regulated event contracts. You take patterns fans already know from sportsbooks, prediction apps, or retail advanced trading and adapt them to work under U.S. event-contract rules, deciding what translates and what doesn't.
  • Hold the design bar by championing usability and aesthetics as non-negotiable. You live in design reviews, give specific and actionable UX feedback on spacing, interaction patterns, and information density. Fan UX is a product skill, not a polish pass.
  • Create wireframes and partner in Figma. You drive design conversations, catch pixel misalignments and clunky trade flows before users experience them.
  • Talk to users like a peer. You run research, interviews, and gather community feedback. You ask users to show you how they currently place a parlay or live bet, not whether they'd use a feature. You distinguish what users say from what their behavior reveals.
  • Drive cross-functional execution by aligning engineering, design, data, compliance, and ops around trading outcomes. You partner with the Fiat/Onboarding PM on the funded-first-contract handoff and own the backlog and ship cadence for trading.

What you bring

  • Trading product ownership in one of these domains: consumer prediction or sports (parlays, live, fan UX), prediction or event markets, or retail perps, derivatives, and advanced trading. You can explain how that craft maps to regulated event contracts.
  • Sports fluency or the ability to translate complex trading UX for a broader retail audience. Either you already speak fan language (games, legs, live, instant UX expectations) or you have a demonstrated before-and-after of taking complex trading UX and making it usable.
  • Design sensibility as a product skill. You evaluate and improve UI/UX with specifics such as hierarchy, density, and interaction cost, not vague aesthetics. You can point to a product users loved because of craft and what you refused to ship.
  • Data ownership. You instrument your own funnel, size opportunities, and prioritize without waiting for someone to hand you the analysis.
  • User empathy in the product. You use OG regularly to discover markets, trade, and manage positions so you feel friction firsthand. You ask behavioral questions before feature questions.
  • We care what you've built and owned, not MBA status, pedigree, or years on paper.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience as a prediction-market or sports-trading user, which accelerates your ramp on parlays, live markets, and user expectations.
  • Experience across more than one of the three domains (sportsbook and prediction, or perps and consumer app), so you ramp faster on what to adopt and what to leave behind.
  • Fiat or onboarding familiarity, which helps you respect the funded-first-trade handoff (not required, as a partner PM owns those rails).
  • Deep Figma and design-system fluency so you move faster with design as a peer, not a handoff.
  • Comfort using AI tools with human-in-the-loop judgment to move faster on research, specs, and iteration.
