Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack)

As a Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack) at GoSats, you will architect and ship production systems that handle real money for millions of Indians. GoSats is India's onramp to digital assets, helping users convert everyday spending into Bitcoin and Gold. You will own end-to-end features across card processing, wallet ledgering, KYC orchestration, settlement engines, and bank integrations, scaling to millions of transactions per day.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end ownership of features from API design to production deployment
• Own the architecture of settlement and ledger systems, ensuring zero financial discrepancies as transaction volumes scale 10x
• Own code quality standards across the engineering team and lead architecture reviews
• Own scaling the backend to 10M users without rewriting core systems

What you bring

• A production system you architected that handled 1M+ users or more
• Hands-on experience building complex financial ledgering, payments, or asset movement systems
• Daily usage of AI coding tools like Cursor and Claude Code
• Strong proficiency in Node.js or Python, React Native, and AWS Services

Nice to have

• Experience building or scaling a payment system, wallet, or card product
• Knowledge of PCI-DSS, RBI PPI guidelines, or regulated fintech systems
• Open source contributions
