Evermont Digital Capital is seeking an experienced Senior Vice President of Operations to lead operational strategy, enhance organizational efficiency, and spearhead the development of scalable business processes. You will work closely with the executive team to establish operational frameworks, support business expansion, and ensure effective risk management and internal controls for this emerging fintech firm focused on the digital asset market and cryptocurrency derivatives business.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute company-wide operational strategies
• Oversee day-to-day business operations and organizational performance
• Establish scalable operational systems, policies, and processes
• Support the development of digital asset and cryptocurrency derivatives business
• Lead cross-functional teams across finance, technology, compliance, and business operations
• Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and performance targets
• Strengthen internal controls, operational risk management, and regulatory compliance
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business performance
• Assist the executive team with strategic planning and organizational development
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in business operations, financial services, or a related industry
• 10+ years of experience in senior management or executive leadership roles
• Proficiency in operational strategy, financial management, and organizational development
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex operational functions
• Strong strategic planning, communication, and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with risk management, internal controls, and relevant financial regulations

• MBA degree
• Experience in fintech, digital assets, or derivatives markets
