Social Media Assistant VN

As a Social Media Assistant at Orderly, you build and manage the company's presence in crypto communities by recruiting new affiliates, maintaining relationships with existing ones, and negotiating contracts. You join a team working to revolutionize DeFi by concentrating liquidity across blockchains and making trading simple, fast, and secure for everyone.

What you'll do

• Join crypto-related Telegram and Discord communities and build genuine rapport with members
• Share reports, articles, and updates in an organic way that feels like sharing with friends
• Spark discussion and engagement through thoughtful, well-timed posts
• Work closely with the marketing team to align on content strategy and timing
• Track community reactions and iterate your approach to improve engagement
• Stay up to date with Web3 trends, memes, and community culture

What you bring

• Based in Ho Chi Minh City (this is an onsite role only)
• Fluent English writing skills, especially for posting in English-speaking communities
• A deep understanding of crypto culture and group dynamics
• Strong communication skills and the ability to read the room naturally
• Creative and strategic thinking, with an understanding of the difference between sharing and promotion

Nice to have

• Experience in community management, crypto Twitter, or creating viral memes and posts
• Experience developing trading systems or financial-related products
