Software Engineer, Partner Solutions (Greece)

Mysten Labs is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Partner Solutions team in Greece. You will help design, develop, debug and deploy decentralized applications on the Sui blockchain. Working closely with senior engineers, you will learn smart contract development using the Move programming language and build applications that support blockchain developers and business partners worldwide, including payment wallets, decentralized finance applications and agentic coordination systems.

What you'll do

• Design, implement and test full stack applications using AI coding agents to accelerate development while owning code quality, security and maintainability
• Work with international partners to onboard and port solutions to Sui, including travel as needed
• Translate partner needs into clear technical requirements and rapidly build proof of concept applications that demonstrate how Sui can address real business problems
• Visualize and implement web UIs that improve the user experience for blockchain developers and partners
• Understand the capabilities of the Sui blockchain platform so you can make use of its features and influence its evolution
• Research blockchain technology and customers' industries to inform technical decisions and proposed solutions

What you bring

• A degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience in software engineering
• 2+ years of industry software engineering experience
• Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Java or C#
• Experience with React, Next.js or Vue
• Practical experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, including providing clear instructions, reviewing generated code and validating results through testing
• Understanding of relational databases and key value stores
• Experience with source code management tools such as Git and GitHub
• Strong collaboration, interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Nice to have

• Experience with Rust or Solidity
• Basic knowledge of distributed systems and architectures

Location: This is a remote position requiring residence in Greece, with a strong preference for Athens or Thessaloniki. Occasional attendance at the Athens office is required.
