Specialist, Trading & Asset Operations

As a Specialist in Trading & Asset Operations at Bitpanda, you work directly with the Head of Markets and our Trading Operations & Asset Lifecycle teams to keep the business running smoothly, measured and ready to scale. This entry-level role gives you real responsibility from day one: you'll see how a front-to-back trading business works, learn from experienced Markets professionals, and make a visible difference to how we operate and perform.

What you'll do

• Monitor daily trading processes and help resolve issues before they reach clients
• Manage the asset lifecycle by taking crypto and securities listings and delistings from request to go-live
• Own the weekly and monthly reporting for Markets and coordinate across teams
• Work with Trading, Product, Engineering and Compliance to remove bottlenecks and unblock initiatives
• Spot manual work worth automating and improve processes, including with AI tools

What you bring

• A degree in Finance, Economics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience working close to trading or trading operations, including early-career or internship experience
• A structured, detail-minded approach; you can analyse data, juggle priorities and explain results clearly
• Ownership mindset: you follow problems through to solutions
• Keen interest in digital assets
