Strategy & Operations Manager (Crypto)

As a Strategy & Operations Manager (Crypto) at Revolut, you play a critical role in delivering and scaling crypto products while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. You join the Operations team, which tackles the company's toughest challenges with speed, precision, and creativity. What you'll do

• Own key operational processes for crypto products
• Lead new initiatives from concept through execution across Engineering, Legal, Product, Risk, and Treasury
• Design scalable, resilient processes that meet compliance and regulatory standards across multiple regions
• Collaborate with internal and external partners such as crypto issuers, blockchain providers, liquidity venues, and custodians
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics for crypto operations and product health
• Support new market launches and adapt crypto operations to jurisdictional requirements
• Research best practices in the market and recommend innovations for the roadmap
• Partner with Product Managers to influence prioritisation and customer experience

What you bring

• 4+ years of experience in operations, strategy, product, or consulting roles in high-growth or fast-paced environments
• A track record of owning projects end-to-end and driving measurable outcomes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to operate in ambiguity
• A data-driven mindset and comfort using tools like Excel or SQL
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• An interest in crypto and blockchain ecosystems, including products, infrastructure, and regulatory landscape

Nice to have

• Experience working on crypto, digital asset, or fintech products
• Exposure to regulated environments, especially in financial services and crypto

What we offer

• Krakow or Poland: PLN18,000 - PLN20,000 gross monthly
• Vilnius or Lithuania: €4,100 - €4,500 gross monthly
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
