Tech Lead – Java, Spring Boot, Microservices & Digital Assets (Crypto/Blockchain) - Dubai

As a Tech Lead at Optimum Solutions, you lead backend engineering efforts for digital asset platforms. You bring deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture, combined with hands-on experience in cryptocurrency, custody, exchange, trading platforms, tokenization, or blockchain-based financial services. You mentor engineers, design scalable systems, and drive technical decisions across large-scale projects.

What you bring

• 10+ years of backend software development experience, with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot
• At least 3+ years working as a Tech Lead
• Proven experience designing and delivering microservices architectures and distributed systems
• Deep understanding of REST API design, OpenAPI (Swagger), and API security including OAuth2 and JWT
• A track record leading large-scale projects and cross-functional technical efforts
• Domain experience in digital assets such as cryptocurrency, custody, exchange platforms, trading platforms, tokenization, or blockchain-based financial services
• Deep understanding of security, compliance, and data integrity requirements in fintech applications
• Comfort with CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring tools
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
