TradFi Solution Expert

As a TradFi Solution Expert at Bybit, you develop and acquire traditional financial institution clients, building a relationship pipeline from initial contact through onboarding to active trading. You work closely with Product, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams to deliver institutional-grade products and services, negotiate commercial terms, and maximize client lifetime value through cross-selling and market insights.

What you'll do

• Proactively develop and acquire traditional financial institution clients, building and maintaining a client relationship pipeline to drive full-funnel conversion from initial contact through onboarding to trading
• Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams to deliver institutional-grade products and services
• Lead client negotiations and commercial terms discussions, driving contract execution and partnership implementation
• Monitor existing institutional clients' business developments, identify incremental opportunities, and drive cross-selling to maximize client lifetime value
• Produce market insights and competitive analysis regularly, relaying institutional clients' product and service needs and expectations to internal teams
• Achieve sales targets including AUM growth, trading volume, and new client acquisition

What you bring

• 3+ years of sales or business development experience in traditional finance such as investment banking, asset management, private banking, or brokerage
• An established institutional client network with the ability to quickly engage senior decision-makers
• Basic understanding of, or strong willingness to learn about, crypto assets, digital asset custody, RWA, DeFi, and other emerging sectors
• Fluency in English, capable of conducting professional communications independently with global institutional clients
• High self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset, comfortable in a high-intensity, fast-paced work environment
