VIP Relationship Manager, Poland

As a VIP Relationship Manager at Bybit, you serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of global VIP clients in Poland. You enhance customer experience, foster client loyalty, and drive business success in the region, working with Polish and German-speaking institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals.

What you'll do

• Perform client acquisition and strong relationship management with a portfolio of global VIP clients
• Provide tailored VIP support and account management for Polish- and German-speaking clients
• Build rapport and expand relationships with existing clients through frequent and sustained communication
• Build and maintain key customer service processes and systems, formulate management rules, and track the status of key customers
• Analyze client behavior, identify their unspoken needs, and prepare key customer analysis reports
• Liaise with various stakeholders across departments to provide optimal service solutions and experience

What you bring

• A client portfolio including institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, private bank customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks
• Strong communication and written skills
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining good multitasking skills
• Enthusiasm for the cryptocurrency industry and knowledge of the latest trends and innovations
• Fluency in both Polish and German

Nice to have

• Experience working on trading platforms or exchanges
• Prior working experience in sales and client services within international financial institutions such as banking, investments, brokerages, or wealth management
