As VP, Technical Program Manager at Galaxy Digital, you serve as a key execution partner bridging engineering teams across New York and India. You own the operational delivery of Galaxy Retail (G1) and Data Engineering initiatives, supporting 20-30 developers across multiple time zones. You bring structure to complex, multi-team technical programs while maintaining deep enough technical fluency to navigate architecture, dependencies, and risk.

What you'll do

  • Act as the central execution partner to the India-based Head of Galaxy Retail (G1) and NY-based Head of Data, aligning business priorities with technical delivery across both engineering teams
  • Own intake, triage, scoping, and prioritization of requests in partnership with technical stakeholders
  • Maintain real-time visibility of team resourcing, priorities, and delivery progress, identifying conflicts, risks, and capacity gaps early
  • Drive structured execution across time zones, partnering closely with tech leads to maintain consistent delivery rhythms
  • Unblock teams by proactively surfacing and resolving blockers and dependencies
  • Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work
  • Contribute to improving delivery standards and operational maturity across the Technology organization

What you bring

  • 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management with direct involvement in engineering-led delivery
  • A strong track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple engineering teams and time zones
  • Proven ability to manage intake, triage requests, and define scope and priorities with technical stakeholders
  • Experience tracking resource allocation across teams and proactively identifying capacity risks or gaps
  • Demonstrated ability to drive execution by organizing work, following through, and unblocking teams
  • Technical depth to engage with systems, architecture, and dependencies without hands-on coding
  • Experience in digital assets and financial markets, including delivering technology initiatives in retail finance environments
  • Based in India and comfortable operating as a bridge across globally distributed teams

Nice to have

  • Prior experience as a software engineer or in a hands-on technical role
  • Experience using Databricks

What we offer

  • Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
  • Company-paid health and protective benefits for employees and eligible dependents
  • Free virtual coaching and counseling sessions
  • Opportunities to learn about the crypto industry
  • Employee Resource Groups
