Warehouse Associate: Precision & Detail Work with Bitcoin Mining Hardware

As a Warehouse Associate at Advanced Crypto Services, you handle Bitcoin mining hardware worth $3,000-$10,000 per unit. You'll disassemble, clean, inspect, sort, and reassemble components with precision and care. The work is physical, repetitive, and detail-driven. We're hiring across three areas: scrapping and recycling (breaking down older miners), inspections (placing miners into diagnostic racks), and inventory (moving and tracking equipment).

What you'll do

• Break down older miners into their components including boards, fans, cables, and metal, with focus and steady pace
• Place miners into diagnostic racks for testing, following exact procedures
• Move and track equipment across the facility, logging inventory in basic software systems
• Handle delicate, high-value components with precision throughout an 8-hour shift

What you bring

• Ability to lift 45+ lbs repeatedly throughout an 8-hour shift
• Strong hand-eye coordination and precision under repetition
• Ability to sustain focus on detailed work
• Reliable attendance and punctuality, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Ability to follow detailed processes and SOPs exactly
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Comfort in a bilingual (English/Spanish) team environment

Nice to have

• Background in competitive gaming, PC building, electronics tinkering, or retro hardware modding
• Experience as a musician playing fast instruments such as drums, guitar, or piano
• Hand-eye coordination from racket sports, table tennis, competitive darts, or pool
• Experience in model building, jewelry making, watch repair, or tabletop miniature painting
• Prior experience in machining, dental assisting, assembly line manufacturing, or trades requiring steady hands
• Spanish language skills
