WE ARE HIRING – CRYPTO / DIGITAL ASSET OPERATIONS-Backend / Non Voice

Pursuit Advisor is hiring a Crypto / Digital Asset Operations specialist for a backend, non-voice role based in Gurgaon. You'll work with hands-on cryptocurrency and blockchain operations, handling wallets, transactions, compliance, and digital-asset platforms.

What you'll do

• Manage crypto trading and transaction operations
• Handle custodial and non-custodial wallet operations and wallet-to-wallet transfers
• Execute and monitor on-chain and off-chain transactions
• Perform KYT (Know Your Transaction) and transaction monitoring, including transaction tracking and blocking
• Ensure crypto compliance and manage Travel Rule requirements
• Work with blockchain networks, nodes, and block explorers for transaction tracing
• Support crypto exchanges and digital-asset platforms
• Handle trade settlement, reconciliation, and perpetual futures operations
• Provide crypto customer and client support for operational matters

What you bring

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on crypto or digital asset operations experience
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain operations
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfort working in a backend, non-voice environment
• Availability to join immediately
• Graduate or undergraduate education

What we offer

• CTC of ₹35,000 per month
• In-hand salary of ₹28,000 during probation, ₹30,000 after probation
• Provident Fund
