2027 Digital Infrastructure Intern - NYC

Join Galaxy Digital's NYC Summer Internship Program as a 2027 Digital Infrastructure Intern. You will spend nine weeks on-site at our New York HQ working on real products and problems alongside our Digital Infrastructure team. Galaxy is a global leader in digital assets and data center infrastructure, operating the Helios campus in Texas with a multi-gigawatt pipeline of over 5.7 GW of potential capacity, and delivering on-chain infrastructure for institutions including trading, advisory, asset management, staking, self-custody, and tokenization.

What you'll do

• Become a technical and strategic expert on blockchain infrastructure and on-chain protocols, including Staking, DeFi, and Tokenization
• Work across Galaxy's infrastructure business, partnering with the Staking, DeFi, Tokenization, Edge, and GK8 teams
• Own a Digital Infrastructure scoped project from start to finish and present results to the team at the end of the summer
• Support the development of a blockchain infrastructure-focused operating business with a full suite of products, focusing on creating new products and processes
• Use data and AI-assisted tooling to speed up research, analysis, and prototyping
• Conduct and summarize core research findings and propose new product suites

What you bring

• Comfort working across multiple workstreams and teams in a whitespace environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated interest in building on-chain personal projects in areas such as DeFi, Prop AMMs, institutional custody, tokenization, or staking, validators, and node infrastructure
• Undergraduate or master's student graduating between December 2027 and June 2028 (master's students must have fewer than two years of relevant, full-time work experience)

Nice to have

• Pursuing a degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, physics, economics, or engineering
• Strong understanding of AI and agentic workflows
• Smart contract proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or similar languages
• Data analysis skills in Python or SQL
