Golang/Blockchain Engineer

As a Golang/Blockchain Engineer at Injective Labs, you will build and maintain core components of Injective, a fast-growing interoperable blockchain optimized for decentralized finance. You join a highly-skilled global development team working on one of the industry's fastest growing blockchains, natively integrated with Ethereum, Cosmos, and Solana.

What you'll do

• Build, maintain, and test core components on the Cosmos-SDK protocol, including the decentralized orderbook, trade execution coordinator, order matcher, and Layer-2 execution environment
• Write open-source Golang clients that allow users to interact directly with the protocol and smart contracts
• Build high-performance REST and WebSocket APIs to power the exchange frontend and programmatic traders

What you bring

• Experience working on at least two production Golang codebases that are reasonably large and performant
• Familiarity with Geth or Erigon
• Strong knowledge of Go idioms and libraries
• Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals such as data structures and API design
• A strong understanding of blockchain
• Ability to communicate technical concepts with both technical and non-technical team members

Nice to have

• Experience with Cosmos-SDK/Tendermint
• Experience with Ethereum/Solidity, particularly Layer-2 work
• Knowledge of financial instruments and markets
