Affiliate Business Development Manager - MENA

As an Affiliate Business Development Manager at OKX, you lead affiliate growth strategy and execution across the MENA region. You proactively identify and engage crypto partners to drive user acquisition and expand the OKX platform in your market, working closely with our global team.

What you'll do

• Proactively identify and develop affiliates with communities and relationships consisting of HNW clients and professional traders
• Manage and enhance relationships with HNW clients in MENA through frequent contact, and build partnerships with influencers to drive user acquisition
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns with influencers, KOLs, or media channels
• Expand the user base and grow awareness of the OKX brand
• Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates and KOLs and acquire users

What you bring

• Solid experience in cryptocurrency, finance, FX, or a related space, with a track record building large affiliate networks from start to finish
• Experience in business development or affiliate management
• Solid connections in the MENA region with HNW clients and professional traders
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
• Fluency in English and Arabic

• Previous experience working at a crypto exchange
• Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams
• Passion for blockchain technology and the crypto payments space
