Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Singularity Venture Hub, you will grow the Treasury Management arm by building partnerships across the Web3 ecosystem. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role where you work closely with trading, investment and risk teams to source and structure treasury solutions for crypto-native clients. You'll own conversations from first introduction through execution, speaking the language of Web3 founders, DAOs and protocols.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with founders, DAOs, protocols, funds and ecosystem partners
• Source new crypto treasury opportunities and partnerships
• Understand how Web3 teams manage capital and translate needs into practical treasury solutions
• Support onboarding and ongoing management of treasury mandates
• Own conversations from first introduction through execution
• Represent SVH at Web3 events, meetups and conferences
• Share market insights to help shape treasury strategy and offerings

What you bring

• Experience in business development, partnerships or ecosystem roles within crypto or Web3
• A solid understanding of crypto treasury basics: liquidity, yield, risk and counterparties
• Comfort working with founders, DAOs and crypto-native teams
• Strong communication skills and sound judgment
• Self-driven approach and comfort in a remote-first setup
• Location in Switzerland with close connections to the local and broader Web3 ecosystems
• Fluency in English
