Affiliate Manager Crypto

As an Affiliate Manager (Crypto) at Parimatch, a global crypto sportsbook and casino company, you scale high-quality traffic, expand the affiliate network, and manage deal economics for maximum profitability. You bring hands-on experience in crypto casinos and iGaming to source, onboard, and activate affiliates while structuring and optimizing deals across multiple models.

What you'll do

• Source, onboard, and activate new affiliates, webmasters, and media buying teams in the crypto iGaming niche
• Structure, negotiate, and launch deals across various models including CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models
• Evaluate deal economics by calculating LTV, ROI/ROMI, traffic profitability, and overall margin
• Monitor key product and conversion metrics that impact traffic revenue such as CR, FTD, Retention, and NGR
• Manage, nurture, and scale existing affiliate relationships while constantly optimizing terms based on performance

What you bring

• Strong understanding of crypto-focused traffic sources and hands-on experience working with crypto casinos
• A well-established network of affiliate partners and webmasters within the iGaming industry
• Proven track record working with CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deal structures
• Ability to evaluate deal economics, project LTV, and assess profitability alongside key product metrics
• Deep knowledge of affiliate acquisition dynamics across various channels including SEO, PPC, Social, Streamers, and Crypto Media
