Affiliate Manager

As an Affiliate Manager at OKX, a leading crypto exchange and developer of OKX Wallet, you develop, manage, and optimise affiliate campaigns to expand the platform's reach. You focus on building influencer resources in local markets to drive trading users and revenue, while analysing user behaviour and market trends to refine your strategy.

What you'll do

• Develop, manage, and optimise affiliate campaigns, identifying new affiliate networks and improving the performance of existing partners
• Expand influencer resources in the local market to bring trading users and income to the platform
• Devise creative ways to identify and recruit potential affiliates
• Optimise business development strategy and plan corresponding actions to ensure strong conversion rates
• Analyse user habits and behaviour to identify trends and inform business development decisions

What you bring

• 3+ years of affiliate marketing or business development experience in the cryptocurrency space
• Proven experience building large affiliate networks from start to finish
• Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and Amplitude
• Understanding of affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and methods to optimise performance through data analysis and segmentation
• Fluency in one or more South Asian language (Urdu, Punjabi) and English
