Associate, Financial Operations

As an Associate in Financial Operations at Bitpanda, you support the company's regulatory and banking infrastructure by managing Know Your Business (KYB) requests, compliance documentation, and bank account processes. You work closely with internal departments across Bitpanda's European offices and remote teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of essential banking and compliance activities.

What you'll do

• Work closely with internal departments to efficiently manage and complete external KYB requests and other essential banking documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Develop initial drafts of compliance questionnaires, contributing to the precision and thoroughness of regulatory compliance efforts
• Support bank account opening processes and the administration of bank account access, adhering to internal procedures and external regulations
• Maintain a proactive approach to tracking and meeting deadlines for external KYB requests, facilitating a seamless and timely process for all stakeholders, alongside supporting overall process improvements

What you bring

• Proven experience of 1+ years in an operations role, with a clear understanding of KYB documentation requirements
• A Bachelor's degree and strong project management skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite applications
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to diverse audiences
